Trina, Jasmyn and I enjoyed a mini-break in NYC exploring modern art museums and the city, on the extended Columbus Day week-end in October. We stayed at the Hotel Beacon on the Upper West Side and visited the Modern Museum of Art, the Guggenheim, and Copper-Hewitt, as well as general exploring of Central Park. We only had a bit of rain the first two days but the weather was great other than that and we enjoyed the getaway.
